Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot diesel engines to identify issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks, including oil changes and filter replacements, to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.
- Repair or replace damaged components such as fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work, including parts used and hours worked, to streamline future maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop preventative maintenance schedules that reduce unexpected breakdowns and enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques through continuous training and attending industry workshops.
