SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Lead GSE Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of both motorized and non-motorized ground support equipment used in airport operations. This leadership role involves performing advanced diagnostics and repairs, mentoring
technicians, coordinating daily work assignments, and ensuring all equipment is maintained in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. The Lead GSE Technician plays a key role in maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring operational efficiency across airport support functions.
Additionally, you are involved in training staff, managing inventory of parts and supplies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless support for airport operations.
