A prestigious and historic wine estate based in Somerset West is seeking a Semi-Skilled Diesel Mechanic to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a passion for diesel engines and farm equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine servicing and maintenance of diesel engines, tractors, and farm equipment


• Support diagnostics and basic fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems


• Carry out basic repairs under supervision


• Conduct inspections and report defects or potential issues


• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment


• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards


• Assist with breakdowns and emergency repairs when required


• Accurately complete job cards and maintenance records
