About the Role 
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement nutritious tasty menus for a diverse patient population (including therapeutic diets and allergens) and lead the creative direction for our retail hospital café.
Guide our team in maintaining and improving food safety standards.
Strengthen the relationship between clinical dietitians and the kitchen team, ensuring clear communication and a unified approach to patient care.
Monitor meal quality, presentation, and patient satisfaction, implementing continuous improvements.
