Responsible for the operations of the Digestive Health department, including oversight of the administrative and professional staff. Collaborates with the management team on process improvement efforts to align operations with departmental goals of improved quality and increased efficiency. Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
