Digital Ad Sales Trainer (Xico)

The Digital Ad Sales Trainer role is a multifaceted position that combines instructional design with training delivery across a wide variety of topics. The selected individual will design instructor‑led and e‑learning courses, develop training resources, create exams and certifications, and manage content within the Learning Management System to achieve measurable results. The role also evaluates existing training efforts to analyze effectiveness and ROI.
