Job Description
The technical skills required for this new digital advertising support role focus on customer service platforms, ad technology, and data interpretation. Unlike the previous role, there is no requirement for logistics or physical supply chain software.
Core Platform & Software Proficiency
- Customer Support Systems: Hands-on experience with live chat and ticket management platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Freshdesk.
- Ad Technology: Understanding and troubleshooting tracking pixels (specifically the TikTok Pixel) to monitor conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to navigate and guide users through digital advertising platform interfaces and best practices.
