An opportunity for an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager to join the Identity and Access Management Product Service Line (PSL) in Albacete. The role focuses on managing and operating IAM products such as PingIdentity, F5, Microsoft PKI, Active Directory, OneLogin, and related automation on Ansible. It includes technical and functional management, incident and change management, automation, reporting, and CyberIAM activities in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Support: Perform ITIL-based support processes (incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management). Analyze error messages, diagnose failures, and take corrective actions to ensure continuity, escalating to L3 teams or vendors when needed; conduct daily checks, troubleshoot, and propose improvements for the restricted perimeter.
