Digital & Engineering Technology Intern

About the Role

We accelerate how our teams adopt and scale digital tools and data‑driven workflows across AECOM projects. As a Digital Engineering Intern, you will help evaluate, standardize, and deploy digital solutions that improve productivity, quality, and collaboration. You will work with engineers, BIM/CAD specialists, data analysts, and product owners to translate real project needs into practical digital outcomes. This role suits a curious self‑starter who enjoys solving problems, simplifying processes, and creating clear, user‑friendly guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of digital tools (e.g., BIM, GIS, automation, analytics, collaboration platforms) across project teams.
• Document and optimize workflows; create standard operating procedures, quick‑start guides, and “how-to” content.
• Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports to track adoption metrics and user feedback.
