About The Role The Digital Growth & CRM Manager is primarily responsible for driving measurable growth by ensuring that all digitally generated demand is effectively nurtured, progressed and converted across the 7IM businesses (7IM, Partners Wealth Management, Amicus Wealth Management and Lync Wealth Management). This role leverages CRM led journeys as the central mechanism for scaling personalised, timely and outcome focused engagement, turning digital interest into qualified opportunities and conversion. While CRM expertise and the design and management of CRM led journeys are the primary focus of the role, the Digital Growth & CRM Manager must also have a strong understanding of end to end digital journeys.
