Digital Implementation Manager - Asia

About the role We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Operations Manager to join our Host powered by VTS team in Asia. Reporting to the Global Technical Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of Host technology implementations across the region. This client-facing role involves leading projects from initial kick-off through to successful launch, hyper-care, and ongoing adoption optimization. You will collaborate closely with clients, our regional Property Management teams, global Product Team, and technology partners to deliver seamless digital experiences and enhance our service offerings. We are looking for an individual with a strong project management background, who is comfortable facilitating client workshops and making data-driven recommendations. Experience with SaaS B2B products within the Commercial Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
