Job Purpose:

Client Management: To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Customer Relationship: To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk‑ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Customer Retention: Solve customers issues related to orders, pick‑up, delivery, and quality.

Digital Marketing: To manage SEO and campaign activities in order to maximize ROI. Promote products through digital channels to secure growing revenue.
