The Marketing Experience Design Team (MXD) sets the standards, patterns, and guidance that help marketing teams deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences at scale across web, email, mobile app, and social channels.

As a Digital Marketing Experience Lead, you will help shape how Schwab shows up across digital marketing touchpoints. This role blends UX strategy, experience design, design systems and emerging AI-enabled design processes. You will partner with marketing, content, product, technology, and vendor teams to turn complex experience requirements into clear standards, reusable guidance, and scalable solutions.

We are looking for a senior designer who can lead independently, build trusted partnerships, and help teams make client-centered decisions.
