Job Description

Digital Strategy & Execution

+ Develop annual and quarterly digital activity plans for the hotel identifying key focus for the coming months.
+ Maintain an understanding of local, regional and international market trends to proactively implement action plans as required.
+ Plan appropriate digital and social media strategies using eCommerce platforms and tactics.
+ Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel database using existing digital marketing tools.
+ Coordinate the execution of online marketing efforts through approved agencies and IHGANA Marketing Shared Services team.

Non-Paid Digital Acquisition

+ Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for the hotel.
+ Assure that hotel independent websites, ihg.com and SYS, are fully optimised to maximise traffic from search engines, and drive room and F&B reservations.
