Digital Marketing Specialist
Overview
Create engaging content for social media, manage day‑to‑day social media activities, design digital assets aligned with brand standards, and assist in video editing for brand storytelling and recruitment efforts. Lead digital brand awareness and member lead generation through email marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Optimize website content and conversion rates while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on new member acquisition initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing & Automation (AI-Enhanced)
- Plan and execute AI-optimized email campaigns (EDMs) to generate leads for web development, SEO, SEM
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Team and Design Team, using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to ideate copy and visuals
