Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and define testing hypotheses • Design end-to-end testing strategies, including test plans, success metrics, and execution timelines • Build, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests using platforms such as Optimizely (preferred) or Adobe Target • Monitor active tests, ensure statistical significance is reached, and provide ongoing performance updates • Analyze results and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Advise on which experience or variation to implement based on test outcomes • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assess feasibility (front-end vs. back-end changes) • Manage multiple concurrent tests (typically 5–15 at a time) • Provide regular reporting on in-flight and completed tests, including performance metrics and outcomes • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital experimentation,...
