The Role
We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. In this role, you will combine people analytics, dashboard development, and product thinking to build scalable insights solutions and improve how we understand and act on employee feedback.
What You’ll Do
Build and develop scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools) for employee insights
Design data models reflecting complex organizational structures and hierarchies
Design and automate data pipelines and reduce manual processes
