Key Responsibilities
Roadmap Execution & Operational Ownership
Own the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Banking roadmap and major initiatives, ensuring the highest priority work is delivered on time with clear visibility across the organization.
- Lead delivery of digital initiatives through influence rather than authority, building strong working relationships with cross‑functional delivery partners including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and Developers to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across initiatives
- Lead delivery and project planning across the Digital Banking roadmap to ensure alignment to business priorities, OKRs, and resource capacity
