Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digitalization projects’ scope, releases, change requests and features prioritization.
- Coordinate and lead day‑to‑day project execution to ensure digitalization solutions are delivered on scope, on schedule, and with expected quality.
- Translate customer expectations into structured requirements, acceptance criteria, backlog items and releases.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain reporting in internal systems.
- Support acceptance testing.
- Facilitate meetings & workshops.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in digital project management, software delivery, requirements management, or a similar customer-facing role. Previous Scrum Master, Software Product Owner or Product Manager role is considered a plus.
