The Allianz Technology Digital Resilience team is driving Security, Resilience and Compliance of our Global operations. The Digital Resilience Officer is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s digital infrastructure against cyber threats and ensuring the continuity of digital operations. The role involves developing and implementing resilience strategies, managing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Digital Resilience Officer collaborates with various departments such as CISO, IT, Risk and Privacy to enhance the security and robustness of digital systems, while also acting as a risk champion to promote a strong risk culture within the organization. The Digital Resilience Officer is tasked with performing an annual IT Compliance Self‑Assessment, tracking and managing local risks and aligning with AZ Tech Central, and overseeing the local implementation of the target measure catalogue and respective controls.
