Digital Senior Account Director (España)

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new battery/electrolyte customers and managing the commercial relationship as the primary customer contact. This role drives business development, captures customer requirements, and ensures alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities, and works closely with the R&D, quality and production departments for successful project design.

Stakeholder Management

• Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Process Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to align process development efforts with organizational goals.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Reach the right contact at targeted companies, by leveraging events, network and other contacts in the ecosystem.

Risk Management
