West Midlands Combined Authority have commissioned NCA to deliver the Digital Divide Project to empower digitally excluded individuals in Birmingham with essential digital skills, enabling personal growth, access to services, and pathways to learning and employment. To engage and support the local community in Birmingham, providing digital skills support and progression pathways for digitally excluded residents to learning and employment. Provide support formally and informally to allow individuals with different levels of skills and prior experience to start their digital journey. Provide personalised support - offered one to one and through workshop sessions. Accessible provision needs to be available for those with specific needs with the equipment and specialist software to enable them to develop the skills they need to gain employment.
