Job overview
We are looking to recruit to a vacancy within the team for Digital Systems Support and Training Officers (DiSSTOs).

Applications are invited from suitably skilled individuals who have a proven track record of experience across a number of areas including:
Training experience including determining training needs and learning objectives

Development of materials, planning and delivering training courses

Experience of fault analysis and corrective action

Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands

Ability to work with minimum supervision and use own initiative

An understanding of the rationale and requirements of System Upgrade management

Experience of providing a support service through a variety of methods
