We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our Digital Training team, based in Rome.


The intern will support the team in the management, monitoring and continuous improvement of digital training initiatives at worldwide level. This role will contribute in monitoring training performance, assisting markets in platform adoption, and ensuring the successful organization of training initiatives and events.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring and analysis of digital training activities, including e-learning completion rates, participation, engagement and performance reports at worldwide level.

  • Contribute to the creation of periodical and ad hoc reports on learning platform data, helping the team identify trends, gaps and opportunities to boost markets’ performance.

  • Support the management and maintenance of learning platform users’ databases, ensuring data accuracy...
