Digital Transformation & Process Improvement Specialist

The Project Specialist supports the company's digitalisation, transformation, and process improvement initiatives by coordinating projects, gathering business requirements, supporting automation initiatives, and assisting with system and process implementation across departments. The role works closely with Operations, Product, IT, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, properly followed up, and delivered in line with business objectives.
