Key Responsibilities
Lead dining hall team during shifts to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Assign tasks during pre-shift briefings, communicating menu specials, promotions, and priorities.
Oversee accurate order-taking, timely delivery, and proper presentation of food and beverages.
Ensure dining hall readiness, including cleanliness of floors, surfaces, furniture, washrooms, and complete table setups.
Manage daily operational checklist: cleaning (floors, walls, glass, dustbins, signage), equipment checks (IT systems, KOT, credit card machines, LCDs, fire extinguishers), and readiness (petty cash, reservations, water quality, cutlery).
