Provide personal care and related services in the home under the direction, instruction and supervision of the staffing and nursing personnel. Must follow the plan of care to provide safe and competent care to the participant/consumer. Helps the participant/consumer to maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthy and safe environment. Plans and prepares nutritious meals, markets when instructed or asked by the participant/consumer.
