As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you’ll play an important role in supporting high-quality, person-centred care for residents within our Residential Care Home. You’ll assist with day-to-day client services, contribute to meaningful diversional therapy activities, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation that supports safe, consistent care. In this role, you’ll also help maintain the smooth and efficient operation of the service by completing practical tasks, supporting colleagues, and contributing to training and work organisation.
