We’re looking for a **Creative Strategist** who can ideate, research, and deliver **15-25 high-performing Meta ad concepts per week** across multiple products and customer avatars.

- Generate **15-25 fresh ad concepts weekly** tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Write **direct response copy** and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
- Conduct market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections
- Create ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic
- Source content from UGC creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces
