Direct Ship Specialist: Customer Service & Logistics

OfficeMax New Zealand is seeking a Direct Ship Representative to support our Direct Ship function in Auckland. You will be responsible for ensuring products reach customers, managing supplier queries, and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain and at least 2 years of experience in sales or logistics. Key responsibilities include handling order-to-pay processes and resolving data issues on Supplier POs. The role offers a supportive work environment with free onsite parking.
