Overview
We are looking for a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide as-needed support for an individual who requires structure, supervision, and behavioral support.
This role is best for someone who is patient, consistent, and able to stay calm in different situations.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision (1:1 or 2:1 support)
Follow a structured daily routine and schedule
Assist with meals and follow a set food schedule (no extra food outside plan)
