Job Description
We are partnering with a leading organisation within the financial services space to identify a senior leader to drive its analytics and AI agenda. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities, while embedding AI-driven decision-making across business functions.
Key Responsibilities Lead and scale a high-performing Analytics / Data Science function across multiple markets Define and drive the organisation's data and AI strategy, aligned with business priorities Partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions Oversee end-to-end analytics initiatives, from use-case identification to deployment and value realisation Champion responsible/ethical AI practices and governance frameworks Build and strengthen data capabilities, including talent, platforms, and operating models
