Overview
As a Director in the Brand & Comms team, you will lead account management and drive growth for our Brand Health Tracking service line. You will pitch, write proposals, and own some of our largest client relationships. Your efforts will ensure the continuous delivery of high‑quality brand‑tracking work that delights clients and expands our business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct senior‑level client conversations to discuss brand performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Review and analyze brand health data, identify key trends, and develop actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.
- Manage the client portfolio – monitor performance metrics, profitability, and growth opportunities to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
