Director (Building & Infrastructure)

The Buildings & Infrastructure (B&I) Director – KSA is responsible for leading, growing, and elevating the B&I portfolio across the region. This is a high-impact strategic leadership role overseeing full product line performance—shaping the long‑term vision, delivering the annual P&L, and ensuring operational excellence across all service lines.

The Director is accountable for driving topline revenue growth and gross margin performance in close collaboration with regional leadership. This includes defining and executing commercial strategy, optimizing delivery models, and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and client‑centric execution.

The role leads multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Infrastructure Technical Inspections, Project & Program Management, Environmental Services, and Commissioning, ensuring integrated and value‑driven solutions across the project lifecycle.
