Director, Business Digital Enablement Post-Sale Servicing

Purpose


As the Director Post-Sale Servicing & Account Management, you will lead the cross-platform Servicing and Payments roadmap and partner closely with peers in Business, IB Technology, IB Retail Transformation, and IB Engineering to drive client experience outcomes for our Servicing and Payments capabilities across the footprint.
With your team of Group Product Managers and Senior Product Managers, and working closely with Product Design in the same vertical, you will be responsible for planning, delivery, and ongoing monitoring for all new digital capabilities, ensuring that a cross-platform strategy is being defined for prioritization and delivery that ensures a best in class user experience for all Scotiab...
