Overview

Director, Clinical Operations at Kelowna General Hospital. This role will oversee Inpatient Surgery, Ambulatory Care, and Women’s and Children’s services. The position provides leadership and administrative management of assigned clinical patient care programs and services within Interior Health.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with physician dyad partners, develop strategies to ensure quality, evidence-based clinical patient care service delivery within the programs to sustain services aligned with Interior Health’s priorities and strategic direction.
• Foster strategic relationships with internal and external partners to plan responsive delivery systems and services; discuss and resolve issues to support integration of healthcare services and resources.
