QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master's Degree in business, health service administration, conflict analysis, or economics with seven (7) years of recent related experience at a senior level working within a complex public or private sector environment, and experience in contract negotiation. Healthcare background desirable.
Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts, preferable within the public sector environment
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
