To enhance or increase Beyonics’ intangibleasset value by helping to set up best in class tool room across Beyonics’operation units.
Reshape & repackage Beyonics existingtool room to create a strong image of an iconic tool room image to attractbusiness and grow customer base.
Using the iconic tool room to position Beyonics strategically to attractdesired customers and improve our customer base.
Using CoE tool room as factory power house orbooster to change customer perception of Beyonics & improve Beyonics brandname.
Creating high differentiation fromcompetitors.
Monitor & analyze gaps between Beyonics, marketplace & strategic customer’s requirement. Plug the gap on time to avoidlosing business opportunity.
