•
Formulate and prepare financial models, credit memos to support contemplated transactions primarily related to CRE, corporate/investment grade acquisitions and syndicated facilities.
•
Assist senior transactors on the origination, structuring and execution of customized solutions for clients in the South Asia region; identify cross-selling opportunities for other product partners.
•
Support wider CRE team in the execution of transactions through working closely with Client Coverage and various support function such as Credit, Operations, LDU (Loan Documentation Unit), LPU (Loan Processing Unit), CRC (Credit Risk Control), Legal and Compliance.
