As the Maintenance Director, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping a large residential community—typically 950+ units—safe, attractive, and running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll lead a high-performing team, champion preventive maintenance, oversee all property and equipment needs, and ensure the community delivers a top-tier living experience while meeting key operational and financial goals.
