Director, Compensation & Benefits Strategy

SG Courts - Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director (Compensation and Benefits) to drive effective remuneration and benefits strategies for the Judicial Service. You will lead a dynamic team within the JSC Secretariat, focusing on formulating competitive remuneration frameworks, overseeing the compensation cycle, and providing advisory support for recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
