Job Description

As a Director in the Transformation Delivery and Change team, you will lead high-impact transformation programs within the Energy, Mining and Utilities sectors. You will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to design and execute strategies that drive operational excellence, enhance organisational agility, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project and program delivery expertise, and deep industry knowledge. 
Key Responsibilities 
Leadership & Strategy: 
Lead the design and delivery of complex transformation programs, including digital transformations, operational overhauls, and technology implementations. 
Develop and execute strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends in the Energy, Mining and Utilities sectors. 
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights and recommendations to address critical business challenges.
