Director, Corporate Platform - Engineering & AI Enablement

Your Role

The Corporate Platform team delivers scalable, secure enterprise technology across Corporate Services (HR, Finance, and Global Business Services). The Director, Corporate Platform - Engineering & AI Enablement will report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Platform. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end engineering delivery and operational health of corporate platforms (, Workday and its ecosystem), spanning integrations, security architecture, digital experience, analytics/data, and enterprise AI enablement. You will partner with business and technology leaders to modernize platforms, improve employee and manager experiences, and ensure solutions are resilient, compliant, and built for long-term value across the Family of Companies.
