We are looking for a Director of Crisis Management to lead the enterprise‐wide Crisis Management team in the Canadian business segment. This senior leader directs a team of experienced professionals and partners with corporate senior leadership to resolve highly complex, time‑sensitive issues across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for developing, implementing, executing, and maintaining the Incident Management (IM) and Emergency Response (ER) Plans for Canada. Coordinate collaboration with key stakeholders to evolve and mature these processes and plans.
• Establish and manage governance and reporting requirements for the first line of defense associated with program activities, and conduct annual training and exercises for a broad and senior audience.
