**Under the direction of the Assistant CNO and CNO, the Nursing Director is responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of his/her respective unit(s): ICU, IMC, Float Pool and House Supervisors units. Responsible for effective patient care in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures, budget constraints.
