Director, Digital Analytics (Hiring Immediately)

Analytics Leadership Role

This is a high-impact, high-visibility analytics leadership role to steward and propel two strategic initiatives for Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc.: Unlock and Harvest Digital Growth, Understand and Activate Customer. We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader who can establish repeatable frameworks, playbooks that drive the Hypothesize Estimate Experiment Analyze Iterate loop. This leader will partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Personalization, MarTech, IT, Digital Product, Business Development, Data Science, Consumer Insights to ensure these teams have data-informed goals, and drive understanding of growth and engagement levers across the digital ecosystem. This role will be the go-to partner for the Marketing and E-commerce teams helping the organization deeply understand customer behavior, campaign performance, attribution & lifetime value.
