Director, Distribution Operations

The Director, Distribution Operations reports to the VP of Supply Chain and leads strategic and day-to-day operations of the distribution network to ensure optimal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all regions. This role is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end warehouse operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution centers and branch network, including the overall design and performance of the distribution network and how product moves from suppliers through warehouses and ultimately to customers. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on, data‑driven leader with a proven track record of designing and scaling logistics operations.
