Director, DOCA Process and Productivity

NVIDIA is driving some of the most sophisticated software and infrastructure programs in the industry, requiring close collaboration across engineering, architecture, QA, release, integration, security, DevOps, UX, and partner organizations. We are seeking a highly organized Director with strong technical proficiency to lead the DOCA Process and Efficiency. This role involves managing the teams, processes, and operating mechanisms that help the DOCA organization operate at scale.


This role brings together horizontal ownership across engineering process, security coordination, developer productivity, DevOps, integration, and product usability.
