Overview:

Databricks is seeking a Director of Operations and Strategy of FP&A to fundamentally re-imagine and evolve how our global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization operates. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Data, AI, and Strategy, this leader will serve as a strategic right-hand to FP&A leadership and interface directly with the CFO, the Head of Sales, and other executive stakeholders.

This is not a traditional operations role; we are looking for a high-caliber strategist with a fresh perspective who can design the future state of FP&A and personally drive the execution to get us there.
