Director – Financial Services Tax (Asset & Wealth Management)

The role

requires a balance of delivery leadership (c. 60-80%) and origination activity (c. 20-40%), with a focus on expanding existing client mandates, winning new retailisation and investor reporting clients, and cross-selling broader FS and Deals Tax services

Building and sustaining senior relationships with key decision-makers-including CFOs, Heads of Tax, Heads of Product, and Heads of Operations-across the AWM client base

Driving the automation and standardisation of investor reporting processes, including leading collaboration on technology-enabled solutions to streamline cross-jurisdictional data reuse, reduce risk, and improve margins

People leadership and development -coaching and developing junior and senior professionals through structured mentoring, technical training, and empowerment to lead workstreams independently.
